Markos Seferlis, who for years has won the love of children, adapts, directs and stars in a hilarious show that touches all children's souls...
SUMMARY
The whole story takes place on the old wooden sideboard of a kitchen. Gingerbread Man, who has just been baked from the "Big Ones", i.e. the owners of the house, meets Salt, Pepper and Cuckoo, who lives inside the clock and faces a very serious problem. He has a tired and sore neck, which does not allow him to pronounce properly his infamous "cuckoos" and as a result he is in danger of being confronted with the trashcan the next morning. The Gingerbread Man's efforts to heal Cuckoo's throat, so that he can find his voice again and remain with them, are blocked by a hungry Mouse and an old and forgotten pouch of Tea, who lives inside a teapot on the highest shelf of the sideboard.
The big and constructive participation of the children, the clever humor, the intense action, the enlarged objects and scenery, the many beautiful songs and finally the simple, but very important messages of the show, such as friendship, love and cooperation, rank the musical "The Gingerbread Man" in one of the most favorite works of children.
